ConfigiTech was founded in 2022 by Scott Karrick, a Northern Kentucky native with over 30 years in IT and information systems. Before starting ConfigiTech, Scott spent five years as a Senior Systems Analyst, three years as a Director of Information Systems, and three years as CIO for a small hospitality group — experience that gave him a front-row view of how small and mid-sized businesses actually get treated by traditional IT models: either no real protection at all, or lost in the queue at a firm too big to notice them.
Scott started ConfigiTech to close that gap — bringing three decades of enterprise-level systems experience to businesses that need to be genuinely protected, without the overhead of a full-time IT department or the anonymity of being just another account number at a national provider.
